Exclusive Knox Expert Learning Experience
The Knox Expert Certification encompasses an online workshop, a multiple-choice exam, and practical assessments, all meticulously crafted to equip you with the necessary knowledge to become a Knox Expert and sustain your expertise.
Embark on your journey to Knox Expert certification by participating in the Knox Expert workshop. This immersive workshop is specifically designed to provide you with in-depth, hands-on understanding of Samsung Knox products.
Taking your valuable feedback into account, we have made enhancements to this year’s workshop. We have maintained the workshop duration as three shorter days to facilitate better time management. Additionally, we have incorporated a wealth of use-cases and practical demonstrations throughout all the sessions.
During this year’s workshop, you will delve into the following topics:
- Day-1: We will explore the Knox Ecosystem, Knox Suite, and the latest security updates. We will then delve into Knox Mobile Enrolment, Knox Manage, and discuss a compelling use case of How to get ready for security and compliance with real examples.
- Day-2: We will delve into the latest updates on Knox E-FOTA, Knox Asset Intelligence, and present a captivating use case of How to deploy proactive device management using KAI. Furthermore, we will cover Knox Capture, Knox Authentication Manager, and showcase a use case of How to modernise the frontline workers.
- Day 3: We will cover the latest updates on Knox Configure, Knox MSP, and explore a use case of How to expand your business to SMBs using MSP. Additionally, we will discuss Knox Guard, Enterprise Technical Support, Samsung Care+ for Business, and provide a use case of How to efficiently support your customers.
Throughout this workshop, we have prepared five mini assignments featuring various business use-cases. Samsung product experts will guide you through step-by-step instructions on setting up these assignments, affording you the opportunity to practice them yourself in the subsequent Knox Expert assignment task.

We are expecting you have basic knowledge of existing Knox solutions. So we recommend completing the Knox Associate Certification, Knox Professional Certification, Android Enterprise Associate, and Android Enterprise Professional Certification (visit here to access Android Enterprise training)

N.B. Please note there are no prerequisites to attend the annual Knox Expert workshop. However simply attending the annual Knox Expert workshop does not automatically make you a certified Knox Expert. When you are ready to complete the Knox Expert certification, you must have completed the Knox Associate and Knox Professional courses. Also attendance to this Knox Expert workshop is mandatory.
